Retention and deletion
Retention is configured by data category and the customer agreement, with shorter periods for raw integration payloads and orderly export during offboarding.

Operational data
Workspace configuration, approved content, audit history, billing references, and usage records are retained for the contracted term and any agreed legal, security, or financial period.
Transient and raw data
Raw webhook payloads are purged after 90 days unless a shorter agreed period applies. Transactional email delivery and webhook event records are purged after 90 days while aggregate delivery counts and required audit events are retained. Rendered email bodies and invitation tokens are not stored. Temporary support grants expire automatically. Invitations expire or are revoked when no longer needed.
Offboarding
During orderly offboarding, automation is disabled and permitted read-only exports remain available for the agreed period. Deletion then proceeds according to the signed order and DPA, subject to backup rotation and legal obligations.
