Service terms
Demandory is provided through a signed order and implementation relationship. These public terms supplement, but do not replace, the signed agreement.

Access and authorized use
Access is invitation-only and limited to the companies, products, users, integrations, and entitlements in the applicable order. Customers are responsible for authorized users, source rights, instructions, approvals, and lawful use.
Human review and customer decisions
Demandory assists growth operations but does not replace customer judgment. Customer-designated users remain responsible for approval, publication, outreach, advertising, and other external actions.
Fees and suspension
Commercial terms may include an annual platform subscription, onboarding fee, provider usage, and agreed services. After a seven-day payment grace period, automation may be suspended. Permitted read-only exports remain available during orderly offboarding as stated in the order.
Precedence
A signed order, DPA, or negotiated master agreement controls where it conflicts with these public terms.
