Subprocessors
Demandory enables providers according to the customer implementation. The signed order and DPA identify the providers and processing locations active for that workspace.

Core service categories
- Cloudflare — DNS, edge security, traffic delivery, and selected analytics.
- Supabase — customer authentication, database, and storage services.
- Zoho ZeptoMail — transactional authentication, invitation, service, and billing-status email delivery.
- Zoho Mail — reply-capable Demandory business, support, billing, security, and privacy mailboxes.
- Payment providers — Stripe for agreed international invoicing and Razorpay for agreed Indian invoicing.
- Infrastructure hosting — the application runtime and backups used for the contracted environment.
Optional integration categories
AI model, search, social, analytics, content, press, and communication providers are enabled only when required for the customer scope. Demandory does not treat the existence of an integration in the platform as permission to send customer data to it.
Changes
Material subprocessor changes follow the notice and objection process in the signed DPA. Contact [email protected] for the current customer-specific schedule.
